Our Role

Creative Direction & Exhibition Design

Hosted at the Design Museum, Fred Perry: a British Icon celebrates 70 years since the first Fred Perry polo shirt was unveiled; the exhibition follows the story of the brand's sporting founder and its importance to subcultures through original objects, design process and specially commissioned films.

Visitors were able to explore the brand’s beginnings in 1950s Britain, through rare archival material and early prototypes, and moved through to present day, where interactive and immersive elements helped them explore the intricacies of the brand’s identity and its interwoven existence with sport, music and global pop culture icons.

This free was the most attended installation in the museums history.
